M. Marie White was born July 4, 1936 in Flint, Michigan and passed
away July 20, 2010 at Salem, Missouri at the age of seventy-four years.
On February 7, 1969, she was united in marriage to Joseph White. She
was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Salem, Missouri. Her
hobbies included playing games on the computer, reading, working puzzles,
and she loved the Cardinals.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Orin and Lyla (Smith) Coons;
her husband, Joseph; one stepson, Daniel White; one brother, Jack Coons;
three grandchildren, Herbert and Sarah McMullin and Selena White.
M. Marie White is survived by six children: Richard Dalhburg of Illinois,
Michael Dalhburg of Michigan, Tina McMullin and husband, Herbert of Salem,
Missouri, Tammy Royal of Rolla, Missouri, Thomas White and friend, Audrey
Woods of Salem, Missouri, and Theodore White and wife, Melinda of Rolla,
Missouri; five step-children: Jennifer Barnett and husband, John of Duran,
Michigan, Gary White of Canada, Pamela Holt and husband, David of
Michigan, Darlene McCaffey of Michigan and Matthew White of Georgia;
seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass for M. Marie White was July 22, 2010 in the Sacred Heart
Catholic Church with Father Dan Hirtz officiating. Music was provided by the
church. Interment was in the North Lawn Cemetery under direction of Wilson
Mortuary.
