Beth Leann (Menser) Shaklee

Beth Leann (Menser) Shaklee was born on November 24, 1969, in Jefferson City, Missouri to William and Laverna (Simpson) Menser. She grew up and attended school in Belle, Missouri, and later made Salem her home. Beth was united in marriage to David Shaklee on July 17, 1992, in Salem and together shared nearly twenty-nine years of memories. Beth and David were blessed with three sons: Bryan, Darren, and Justin. Beth was proud to be a stay-at-home mom and homemaker. She took great pride in raising her sons and was a second mother to her niece, Crystal. Beth truly valued spending time with her family and treasured the memories they made together. In her spare time, she enjoyed the outdoors admiring nature and the blooming flowers. Beth had a talented voice and loved to sing. Above all, she loved the Lord with all her heart and lived life to the fullest. Beth departed this life on June 26, 2021, in Salem, Missouri at the age of fifty-one years. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her loving husband David Shaklee of the home; sons: Bryan Shaklee of Oklahoma, Darren Shaklee of Oklahoma, and Justin Shaklee of Salem, MO; sisters: Beverly Smith of Salem, MO and Brenda Holder and husband Paul of Georgia; step-father: Kenny Fincher; special niece: Crystal (Menser) Adams; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Preceding her in death, her father: William Menser; mother: Laverna Fincher; brother: Bobby; and sister: Bonnie. Beth was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Services for Beth Leann (Menser) Shaklee were held Friday, July 2, 2021 in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel with Pastor Linda Skaggs officiating. Special Music was provided by Crystal Adams singing “Love Of My Own”, additional songs played were “From This Moment On” and “Amazing Grace”. Serving as Pallbearers were Paul Holder, Jason Smith, David Shaklee, Ryan Henley, Darren Shaklee, and Justin Shaklee. Burial was in the Seaton Cemetery Dixon, Missouri. Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Mortuary of Salem, Missouri. Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Beth Shaklee and left at Wilson Mortuary.
