Ronald "Ron" Thomas Hall

Ronald “Ron” Thomas Hall was born November 21, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born to Kenneth Allen Sr. and Lillie (Davis) Hall. Ron grew up and attended school in Kansas City, Missouri. Ron was united in marriage April 16, 1988 to the love of his life, Rebecca “Becky” Sue Jennings in Independence, Missouri. Ron and Becky shared thirty-five years of marriage and memories together and were blessed with three children: Rohny, Maverick, and Hunter. Ron worked hard to provide for his family. He was a highly skilled auto body repair technician in the Kansas City area for thirty-five years. He excelled in his work due to his eye for detail and incredible work ethic. In 2009, Ron relocated to Salem, Missouri and started working as a mail carrier. His friendly nature and genuine care for others didn’t go unnoticed. Ron was a diehard Kansas City Chief fan and enjoyed watching football. His love of animals led him to rescuing and adopting many dogs over the years. Ron loved his family and enjoyed spending as much time as he could with them. He treasured his grandchildren and loved watching them grow. Ron entered into eternal rest February 27, 2023 in Columbia, Missouri at the age of sixty-six years. He is survived by his loving wife: Becky Hall of Salem, MO; children: Rohny Hall and husband Joe Noel of Salem, MO, Maverick Hall and wife Madi of Texas, and Hunter Hall and wife Bailey of Independence, MO; grandchildren: Brayden, Brycen, Logan, Ronin, Lila, and Maverick; his Salem Post Office Family; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Preceding him in death were his parents: Kenneth Sr. and Lillie Hall; brother: Kenneth Hall Jr.; and sister: Theresa Shaw. Ron was fun to talk to and known to enjoy a good argument. He will be remembered for his generosity and friendship. Ron will be deeply missed by those who loved him most. Funeral Services for Ronald “Ron” Thomas Hall were held Friday, March 3, 2023 in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel with Pastor Chris Hendrix officiating. Song selections played were “Sound of Madness” and “With Arms Open Wide”. Special Memories were shared by several loving friends and family members. Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Mortuary of Salem, Missouri. Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Ron Hall and left at Wilson Mortuary.
