Jeremy Daniel Reeves

Jeremy Daniel Reeves was born July 30, 1969, in Rawlins, Wyoming, to Daniel and Janice (Deak) Reeves. He has some childhood memories in Colorado, but spent most of his childhood in Lake, Mississippi. Jeremy graduated with the class of 1987 from Lake High School. Jeremy was adventurous and enjoyed being outdoors. His passion for Harley Davidson Motorcycles began while he was young. He received his first Harley from his dad as a graduation gift. He also enjoyed riding horses and as a teenager rode his horse to school on several occasions. Most recently, Jeremy would ride the golf cart around the family farm and collect eggs. Jeremy was a very caring son, best big brother, loving uncle, and good friend. He liked hanging out and listening to music with his friends, his sister Tamela, and his brother Levi. In their younger years, he enjoyed driving them to school. When he was able to work, he worked as a laborer in the construction field. Jeremy had great love for his family and relocated to Boss, Missouri, to be closer to them. Although he battled different trials in life over the past several years, he remained determined to always strive to do his best. Jeremy was a believer and raised in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Jeremy departed this life on October 18, 2024, in Boss, Missouri, at the age of fifty-five years. He leaves behind his father: Daniel Reeves and wife Pequita of Boss, MO; siblings: Tamela Warren and husband Jody of Terry, MS, Levi Reeves and wife Lacey of West Plains, MO, and Jessie Reeves-Medlock and husband Josh of Boss, MO; nieces and nephews: Alanna Warren and husband Brandon Kaylor, Austin Warren, Lane Reeves, Harley Reeves, and Landon Reeves; great-nephew: Brayden; numerous family and dear friends. Preceding him in death was his mother: Janice (Deak) Reeves. Jeremy lived life fearlessly and boldly, but not without some struggles along the way. He touched the lives of many during his lifetime and will be deeply missed. Memorial Services for Jeremy Daniel Reeves were held Saturday, October 26, 2024, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel with Kevin Stacy officiating.
