Mark Anthony Fowler

Mark Anthony Fowler was born February 8, 1971, in Bonne Terre, Missouri, to Theodore and Mary (Boyer) Fowler. He grew up in Qulin, Missouri and graduated with the class of 1989 from Steelville High School. Mark was united in marriage to the love of his life, Brandy May Brooks, on March 8, 1997, in Davisville, Missouri. They were blessed with two children: Megan and Kelly, and one granddaughter: Raelynne. Mark and Brandy shared twenty-seven years raising their family and creating many lasting memories together. Always placing his family first, he was a hard worker and good provider for his family. He worked for many years at Atro Warehouse building brake parts. His greatest love in life was his wife, children, and granddaughter. Nothing brought him greater joy than the moments spent together with them and his fur baby, Bogee. In his spare time, Mark loved riding his motorcycle, taking long truck rides, and back roading. He enjoyed building model cars, attending car shows, and watching drag races. Mark liked spending time outdoors sightseeing, fishing, and camping. His favorite times of the year were Christmas and Fourth of July. Mark entered into eternal rest June 27, 2024, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the age of fifty-three years. Those left behind to carry on his legacy include his loving wife: Brandy Fowler of Salem, MO; daughter: Megan Fowler and Larry Wagoner Jr. of Salem, MO; son: Kelly Fowler of Salem, MO; granddaughter: Raelynne; father and mother-in-law: Bobby and Leona Brooks of Salem, MO; sister-in-law: Lori Thompson and husband Charles of Salem, MO; brother-in-law: Bobby Brooks Jr. of Cuba, MO; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends. Preceding him in death were his parents: Theodore and Mary Fowler; and sister: Mary Fowler. If you knew Mark, you would know that he was a very outspoken, straight to the point, honest, and loving man. He was truly one of a kind and will be forever missed by those who loved him most. Memorial Services for Mark Anthony Fowler were held Friday, July 5, 2024, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel with Pastor Bob Coleman officiating. Song selections played were “When I Get Where I’m Going”, “God Only Knows”, and “Waymaker”. Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Mortuary of Salem, Missouri.
