Patricia Lorraine (Dooley) Bell

Patricia Lorraine (Dooley) Bell was born February 10, 1955, in Crescent City, California. She was the daughter of Eual Thomas and Virginia (Plowman) Dooley. At a young age, her family relocated to Eureka, Missouri where she grew up. Pat also has many fond memories with her family in Eminence, Missouri. On June 19, 1976, Pat was united in marriage to the love of her life, Billy Bell. They shared together forty-nine years of marriage, laughter, and lasting memories. Pat and Billy were blessed with two daughters, Kelly and Chrystal, and one son, Bradley. A devoted housewife and homemaker, her home was warm and welcoming, a cherished place for family and friends. She was an exceptional cook, especially when it came to her famous chocolate gravy. Her legacy extends to her grandchildren, Bradley Jr., Liam, and Anna, whom she deeply loved and cherished spending time with. She was a special aunt, considered a grandmother figure by her nieces and nephews. Her family was most important to her, Pat loved family gatherings and was looking forward to the Eminence family reunion. Pat had an adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. She enjoyed birdwatching, camping, and RV trips across numerous states. Her and Billy have explored the Black Hills, Utah, Washington, Oregon, and many other states throughout the years. A woman of deep faith, Pat loved the fellowship with others until her health no longer allowed. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit touched the lives of many. Pat entered into her Heavenly Home Friday, May 9, 2025, in St. Louis, Missouri, at the age of seventy years. Those left behind to treasure her memory include her loving husband: Billy Bell of Salem, MO; children: Kelly Cain and husband Joe of Salem, MO, Chrystal Bell of Salem, MO, and Bradley Bell of Wisconsin; furbaby: Baxter; siblings: Denise Smith and Rick of Salem, MO and Bruce Dooley of Licking, MO; grandchildren: Bradley Jr., Liam, and Anna; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends. Preceding her in death were her parents: Eual and Virginia (Plowman) Dooley; siblings: Mike Dooley, Dianne Dooley, and Tom Dooley; and nephew: Gregory Dooley. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. Her legacy of love, faith, and family will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Pat will be forever missed. Funeral Services for Patricia Lorraine (Dooley) Bell were held Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Decker officiating. Song selections played were “Stand By Me” and “Loving My Jesus”. Serving as Pallbearers were Rick Purcell, Robby Reichard, Derek Dooley, Tony Dooley, Tim Rolen, and Dalton Simmons. Honorary Furbaby Pallbearers were Baxter Eugene Bell, Blue, Jasper Reichard, and Oreo. Burial was in the Dry Fork Cemetery.
