Timothy Wayne Crocker

Timothy Wayne Crocker was born October 8, 1956, in Salem, Missouri. He was the son of Henry Orun and Betty Carolyn (Gouldsmith) Crocker. Tim grew up in Salem and graduated with the class of 1974 from Salem High School. On July 8, 1995, Tim was united in marriage to the love of his life, Kathleen “Kathy” Renee Walter. They shared thirty years of marriage, laughter, and lasting memories together. Tim and Kathy were blessed with two sons: Kody and Bronson. Tim dedicated his working career to trucking. He traveled countless miles across the country, several of which included hauling lump charcoal to Florida once or twice a week. Whether it was a logging truck or a tanker, he took great pride in his work, ensuring timely deliveries and navigating the highways with skill and care. Tim spent several years as a heavy equipment operator with Godi’s Excavating. He always maintained the highest safety standards and ensured every job was completed with exceptional craftmanship. In his spare time, he was usually tinkering around in his shop. Over the last several years, Tim and his sons have been working on building their home. He spent a lot of time painting and repainting his motorcycles and cars. In his younger years, he loved to race motorcycles. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, archery, and bow hunting. Tim passed away August 3, 2025, in Salem, Missouri, at the age of sixty-eight years. He is survived by his loving wife: Kathy Crocker of Salem, MO; sons: Kody and Bronson Crocker of Salem, MO; mother: Betty Crocker of Salem, MO; brother: Terry Crocker of Salem, MO; sisters: Tammy Kief and Traci Stroburg of Salem, MO; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends. Preceding him in death was his father: Henry Crocker. Tim will be remembered for his unwavering love and care for his family. He was a devoted husband, father, son, and brother, and found immense joy in the time spent with his loved ones. His kindness, generosity, and laughter will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Celebration of Life for Timothy Wayne Crocker was held Saturday, August 23, 2025, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Mortuary of Salem, Missouri.
